sometimes we see

sometimes we see whats really wrong with people. one of our nurses [lower level, like me], ahmed was struck down in agony last friday week. he's rushed to a+e at midnight saturday. ruptured appendix; which can be fatal and is agonizing. they operate early sunday. all sunday he's uncs. monday awake but very weak, still lot of pain. we in westmoor very concerned; and ahmed is the nicest man. this friday we all talking and they tell me that yoyo rang the ward on saturday/sunday making sure it was true. in case ahmed was lying, being a malingerer. and rang ahmed in his hospital bed early tuesday; and said; 'hello, ahmed. when are you coming back to work...because of the rota/expenses/can't allow you to take ages off...' etc etc. true. can you see this man is either insane or just absolutely selfish and stupid? apparently ahmed was so angry he hung up. can you blame him?
ahmed has NEVER been of sick before!
this is what a manager is in the nhs. and he has no idea that we don't think he's a good boy, doing his job, or any sort of sane manager. the upper ecelons might like this sort of behavuior but you see its inhuman. and thousands of nurses are trained to think thats good management. proper nursing.

what you will find if and when you go to hospital is that nurses are unkind, lazy, predjudiced and ALWAYS busy with some big emergency.....never YOU. and if you can, investigate. you will find its a complete LIE. there is hardly ever a big emergency; even in a&e; you'd see the rushing about and noise if there was. thats what happens when the shop is run only by ppl who are sick about money. they only ape the real thing. anything don't pay in cash...they don't react.
so i don't know. here in england we see that the socialists are much the same; and also sick to control everyone,issuing forth thousands of stupid laws, just to make money. giving our country over to elements bent on our destruction. but this addiction to money is its opposite; and now you see it winds up just as pernicious.

what can we do? well start by seeing this; that money has become something that makes ppl mad. money isn't a real thing you know. its jst a convention. a means to get massive civilisations all working together. it doesn't actually exist. we simply agree that it does. we all know that somethings shouldn't be all about money' nusing, teaching, etc. but then ppl who really are like that wind up on the lowest possible pay and generally 'loved' by society. and ignored. devalued. so its a sickness that is literally universal.

but i know half the reason for these things. society is just too big. it has become not just impersonal but anonymous. very few ppl are going to be subjected to scrutiny; those that get caught are generally hidden by false records and the connivance of others like them. so we really must develop a new idea. that there is an optimum number for each country. and take steps to get to that number and stay there. otherwise its like living on credit; it seems you want to grow and grow to be a big noise on the global block. but one day the trap will close SNAP! and its disasters for all.

look at nursing. in westmoor despite yoyo it works; because westmoor is small, we all feel engaged, we know our pts and because we all earn roughly the same and its just about enough, and so on; it works by and large, though with every single new nurse i've had to retrain their attitudes.
and you see the difference? pts happy; we got a rep now for helping pts like no other house. nurses happy; they valued, not just climbing for more money. they valued for skills and honesty and being nice ppl. and its that half of it. a small 'population'.
