i just wrote out proper plan for 'essay on treatment of the mentally ill'...can save the irst go for the intro. i have to say i'd run out and buy it if i didn't have written it! it looks good! be doing that today; all day. though some things need to be double-checked, researched or i'm going to use statements from actual pts, so will need to interview, record submissions.... it will take only about a year to do...feel really happy.
did a poem; 'struggle of pattern' last night. now this has potential...but i write such bald poetry.....read walcott yesterday. thinking about hughes, plath, most modern stuff. so i'm going to do it over, hopefully without losing the metre/truths in masses of imagery.
and tonight drawing, sketch for first painting...looked at oils [don't ask] they a bit old/dry/crappy. and i chucked out the stiff brushes [cos tl2 is illuminated in poster paints]...an no canvas. so...gods teeth why does everything cost money and gods more teeth why haven't i ever got any?
anyway i busy.
